Personal AI Marketing Department
Your job photos, turned into your marketing.
You text over the real photos from the job. Never stock, never an AI-generated scene. The Personal AI Marketing Department turns them into a month of social posts, ad creative and articles, checked against a quality bar and researched against your local competitors and your own reviews, so it sounds like you and not generic AI marketing copy. Nothing ships until you approve it.

A month, laid out
Here's what a month of your marketing looks like.
Not a slide deck. The actual formats, built for three sample businesses so you can see the range: paid social, search ads, your Google profile, email, review replies, even a short-form concept. You approve every piece before anything goes out.
Fictional demo brands · illustrative offers · no real results claimed24 creatives, eight formats, three sample businesses. Swipe through the real creative below, or filter to one brand's month. Every card is an illustrative sample on a demo brand, not a live campaign.
Approve-first, always
Everything you just scrolled past lands here first.
Every post, ad, and review reply drafts to your phone before it goes anywhere near Facebook or Instagram. Approve it and it is scheduled. Decline it and I rewrite it. Anything for your Google Business Profile is written the same way and handed to you ready to publish. I do not have access to your profile, so you post that one yourself. That is the whole control panel.
One photo text in · all of this out
Everything I make for you, every month.
Here is exactly what the service is, in plain English. No fluff, no mystery line items. This is the whole thing.
-
Local SEO articles
2 per monthTwo articles a month about real jobs you did, built to rank for "[what you do] in [your city]." So when someone nearby Googles the exact work you do, your name comes up.
WhyYou show up on Google for the jobs you want, without paying for ads.
-
Social posts
3 per weekThree posts a week to Facebook and Instagram, built from your real before-and-after job photos. You text me the photo, I write the caption and schedule it.
WhyYour feed stays active and proves you do good work, with zero effort from you.
-
Review engine
Every finished jobMark a job done and it queues a review request to your customer, ready to send. Every Google review that comes in comes back with a drafted reply, written in your voice and ready for you to paste into your profile.
WhyMore reviews, every one answered, so you win the close calls on price.
-
Google Business Profile
Weekly · you publishWeekly posts written for your map listing, with the job photo picked and the hours and services wording ready to paste. I don't have access to your Google profile, so these come to you finished. You publish them, about a minute a week.
WhyThe map listing is where most local calls start. You never have to think up what to put on it.
-
Monthly newsletter
Monthly sendA monthly email to your past customers with seasonal reminders: furnace tune-ups, spring cleanup, holiday booking season, that nudge them to book again or refer a neighbour.
WhyYour old customers are your cheapest work. This keeps them coming back.
-
Monthly one-page report
One page, monthlyOne page, plain English, in your inbox every month: how many calls came in, where they came from, what is working, and what I changed. No dashboards to log into.
WhyYou can see exactly what your money bought, in two minutes, every month.
Pick your intake volume
Three sizes, based on how many photos you send.
Not on channels, and never on a promise about leads or rankings. The only thing that changes is how much of your real work you hand me each month. Every size includes the review engine, drafted replies to your Google reviews, and a quarterly sit-down.
A new shop or a solo owner with nothing going out right now.
A shop doing 20 to 40 jobs a month that wants to stop looking dormant online.
A crew running several trucks where nobody has an evening spare to write anything.
There is no price on this page on purpose. At three photos I write the article myself. At forty there are automations pulling captions off your voice notes and queuing twenty posts into a calendar, and the two cost very different amounts to run. So I quote it on a call once I know which of those you are, in Canadian dollars, before you commit to anything. The website builds do have fixed prices, and that is where I would start.
The split
Your job is small. Mine is everything else.
You do almost nothing.
- Send 5 to 10 photos a month from jobs you did. Text them straight from your phone, no app to download.
- Optional: a one-line note like "installed a 200-amp panel in Cambridge today" if you want extra context.
- Get on a 30 minute call with me every 3 months. I send the link, you click it.
- Tell me if something I wrote sounds wrong, so I can fix it.
I do everything else.
- Write your articles for the month, in your voice, about jobs you actually did.
- Write and schedule the social posts to Facebook and Instagram from your photos.
- Build and send the monthly newsletter to your customer list.
- Google Business Profile posts and photos written and handed to you, ready to publish.
- Draft replies to your Google reviews. You approve them before anything is posted.
- Send you a one-page report each month with what got read, clicked, and called.
Life after launch
You finish a job and take three photos before you leave. You text them to me. That is your whole job. Two days later a new article is on your website, that week three posts go up on social, and at month's end a newsletter lands in every customer's inbox, with a one-page report that says what brought in calls. You never opened a laptop.
