How it works
From a stranger typing a question to a job held in your calendar. It runs the same way whether the message arrives through the chat window on your site, your inbox, or a text to your business number.
You are up a ladder, mid-appointment, or elbow-deep in a job. Somebody opens the chat window on your site at a quarter to midnight and asks a question. Normally that sits unread until Tuesday and they book someone else.
It answers in seconds using the prices and hours you gave me on the setup call. It writes the way you write, and it says outright that it is your assistant rather than letting anyone assume it is you.
If your site has a booking flow it holds a time that fits the rules you set, then sends you one clean message: who, what, when. Anything it should not answer on its own, it stops and asks you first.
What it is · plain English
It answers the people who type at you: chat on your website, email to your inbox, texts to your business number. It does not phone anyone and it does not pick up the phone. Everything it says exists as text you can read back later.

Setup is one fifteen minute call and about forty-five minutes of your time in total.
