This is the actual document I sign with every client. No legalese, no auto-renew language, no hidden anything. If something below looks off, text me and I'll fix it before we sign.

Bally Does AI: Client Agreement

What you get
A custom website at the size you picked (Basic, Pro or Premium), hosting, your domain registered in your name, and on Pro and Premium the AI front desk, which works in writing only. Spec is whatever we agreed on in writing. If I forgot something, I add it at no charge.

What you pay
A one-time build fee ($800, $2,000 or $2,500 CAD depending on size), payable in full before I start work. Then a care plan ($70, $90 or $90 CAD) charged on your card the same day each month, starting the month you go live. HST extra if applicable. CAD only. Charged on your statement as "BALLY DOES AI BRANTFORD". Your care-plan price never goes up for at least 24 months. That’s a guarantee, not a commitment. The care plan is still month to month: stop it on thirty days notice, no fee, no clawback, and the site stays yours.

What you own
The domain (registered in your business's name, not mine). The website files (I hand you a copy any time you ask). Your customer list (yours to export to a CSV any time). Your Google Business Profile (you remain primary owner). I am a service provider, not the owner of your business assets.

How you cancel
Text me at (519) 761-2251 with the word "cancel". I confirm by text within one business hour. Billing stops at the end of the current month. I email you a zip file of everything you own within 7 days. No phone tree, no retention call, no exit fee.

What is not promised
There is no money-back guarantee, no launch-date guarantee, and no promise about leads, sales or where you rank. What you get instead: a private preview before anything goes public, and as many rounds of changes as it takes to get the build right. Once the build has started the build fee is not refundable, because the work has been done. The domain is yours from day one either way.

What the AI does and does not do
The AI answers customer questions by text and website chat, written the way you talk. It does not pick up voice calls and it does not message anyone you have not approved it to message. It never quotes prices unless you explicitly write the prices into its instructions and review them before launch. You read every word the AI is allowed to say before it goes live. You can pause it, change it, or turn it off in one click any time.

Your data and your customers' data
Customer info (name, phone, email, what they asked about) stays in a Canadian-region data store. Not sold. Not shared. Not used to train models. You can export it any time. If you cancel, I delete my copy within 30 days and confirm by email.

If I disappear
If I go silent for more than 7 days, you already have everything you need (your domain, a copy of your files, and a CSV export of your customer list). My lawyer has emergency contact instructions. If I'm out longer than 14 days, every active client gets contacted with: (a) help moving the site somewhere else, or (b) a referral to another solo operator I trust. Billing stops the day I'm out. What I won't do
I won't send your customers marketing texts you didn't approve. I won't auto-renew you into a different plan. I won't use your reviews or photos for marketing my own business without asking. I won't fake reviews on your Google profile. I won't quote your customers prices without your written list.

If something goes wrong
First, text me. (519) 761-2251. Mon-Fri 8a-6p ET. Same-day fix on weekdays. If I broke something with an update, I fix it on my dime. If a customer complains about something the AI said, you send me the screenshot and I refund any actual job lost (up to one month of your fee). E&O business insurance is in progress as a one-person operator. If this page changes, the version you signed is the one that counts.
